Starting in a family of chefs and building a long and varied career dealing with and creating food systems at Disney, Klaus has always known a lot about food and food systems. But when he took a systems approach to learning, it opened his eyes to interconnections between food, agriculture, climate, health and socioeconomic equity. He became an agent for change, working towards a better, more equitable food system in the US.
